• Free tools: no account is needed and we ask for no personal data. What you enter or upload in the tools is processed in your browser (see 'Your files and input in the tools').
• Account (Advanced tools only): your email address, the name you give when creating your account, and technical account data such as the creation date and last sign-in time.
• Signing in: we send a one-time sign-in link to your email address. After signing in, a session is stored in your browser so you stay signed in.
• Usage statistics (only with your consent): Google Analytics 4 measures anonymously which pages and tools are used. We never send filenames, file contents, email addresses or names.
• Technical data: to deliver the website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details for security and proper operation.

We currently process no payment data and have no contact form.

• To create your account and give you access to the Advanced tools.
• To let you sign in securely with a sign-in link.
• To answer questions you send us by email.
• To keep the website secure and working.
• With your consent, to understand how the website is used and improve it.

We only process personal data when there is a valid legal basis for it.

• Account and sign-in: to create and use your account and access the Advanced tools, we process the data needed to provide our service to you.
• Security and technical operation: we may process necessary data to keep MyEcomToolbox secure, reliable and technically sound.
• Google Analytics: we only use Google Analytics when you have given consent. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via Cookie preferences.
• Contact by email: when you contact us, we use the details you provide to answer your question or request. Depending on the nature of your message, we do this to deliver our service or based on our legitimate interest in handling questions and requests.

To provide and improve MyEcomToolbox, we use external service providers.

• Lovable (Lovable Cloud): for hosting and technical operation of the website and, where applicable, account functionality, database and sign-in.
• Google Analytics 4: to understand how the website is used, only when you have given consent.

When an external provider processes personal data on our behalf, we make appropriate arrangements about the processing and security of that data where required.

We do not sell your personal data and currently use no marketing or advertising pixels.

Your file stays on your device. The tools that accept files — the CSV to Excel Converter, the Marketplace Image Resizer and the Advertising Analyzer — process your files locally in your browser. They are not uploaded to or stored by MyEcomToolbox. The same applies to the numbers you enter in the calculators.

When you close or refresh the page, your files and input are gone. If you download a result (for example an Excel file), it is created in your browser and saved on your own device.

• Account data: as long as your account is active. You can have your account deleted at any time via ${C.email}.
• Sign-in session in your browser: until you log out.
• Google Analytics: only with your consent, according to Google Analytics' retention settings. The cookies and their duration are listed in our cookie policy.
• Email correspondence: as long as needed to handle your question or request.

You have the right to:

• access your data;
• have incorrect data corrected;
• have your data deleted, including your account;
• restrict processing;
• data portability;
• object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• withdraw consent, for example for Google Analytics via Cookie preferences at the bottom of every page.

We update this policy when the website changes, for example when we add new features or service providers.
