• User: anyone using the website or tools.
• Free tools: tools usable without an account.
• Advanced tools: tools that require an account (currently free).

These terms apply to all use of the website and the tools.

MyEcomToolbox is intended for use in connection with a business, profession or other commercial activity.

MyEcomToolbox offers online tools that help e-commerce businesses with calculations, simulations and analyses. The results are meant to support business decisions.

Results depend on the data and assumptions you enter and are indicative. They do not guarantee any particular financial or commercial outcome and do not replace financial, tax, legal or other professional advice where such advice is needed.

Free tools can be used without an account.

Advanced tools require an account. You sign in with a link sent to your email address and are responsible for access to that address. An account is currently free.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you enter, for interpreting the results and for deciding whether and how to act on them. Check important business decisions before implementing them.

Files and input in the tools are processed locally in your browser and are not stored by MyEcomToolbox. You remain the owner of your data. Make sure you are entitled to process the files you use.

We do our best to keep MyEcomToolbox and the tools working well and securely. However, we cannot guarantee that the website or every tool is always available, completely error-free or accessible without interruption. We may temporarily change, maintain or take the website or parts of it offline when reasonably necessary.

The website, software and tools, texts and design belong to the provider or the relevant rights holders. You may freely use the results you create with the tools for your own business purposes. Your own data remains yours.

You may not deliberately disrupt the service, circumvent security, attempt unauthorized access, misuse automated access in a way that harms the service, or use the service unlawfully.

MyEcomToolbox tools and accounts are currently free to use, unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific service.

If MyEcomToolbox introduces paid subscriptions or services in the future, the price and applicable terms will be clearly communicated before the user enters into a paid agreement.

Having an existing free account will not automatically create a paid subscription.

MyEcomToolbox supports business decisions with calculations, simulations and analyses. Results depend, among other things, on the data and assumptions the user enters and do not guarantee any particular financial or commercial outcome.

The user remains responsible for checking and interpreting the results and for decisions made based on them.

To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, lost profits, missed savings or loss of data resulting from the use or temporary unavailability of MyEcomToolbox.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability to the extent it cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We may improve or change the tools and these terms. Material changes to the terms will be communicated through the website or another appropriate method. Changes do not apply retroactively.

You can have your account deleted at any time via info@damianonline.com.

MyEcomToolbox may restrict or terminate access to an account when a user seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, endangers the security or operation of the service, or uses the service for unlawful purposes.

Where reasonably possible, the user will be informed.

Dutch law applies to these terms.
